Host Community Agreement Resident Survey Link

Instructions: Click on the link to open the survey. Fill in your answers to the questions. Save the file to your computer. Send an email town.clerk@townofdaltonnh.gov and attach the document. You can also mail your survey to the municipal building or drop it off during business hours. You can also place it in the drop box at the entryway windows. Anyone wishing to add comments to their survey can do so in the body of the email returning the documents or as an attachment to the dropped off or mailed document.
