Lot Line Adjustment

The Town of Dalton, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Dalton Municipal Building, 756 Dalton Rd Dalton, NH on Monday, April 28, 2025, beginning at 6pm.

The Planning Board will consider a lot line adjustment of Map 403, Lot 060, owned by the Town of Dalton.

Abutters have been notified, and public comment is welcome.

Sale of Town Owned Property

Pursuant to RSA 41:14-a, the Select Board will conduct two public hearings: April 28, 2025, (6pm) and May 12, 2025, (6pm) at the Municipal Building to discuss the merits of selling a ½ acre of town property Map 403, Lot 060.

All interested parties are invited to attend. Residents wishing to submit comments prior to the hearing can do so by emailing selectmen@townofdaltonnh.gov or by mailing comments to Town of Dalton, 756 Dalton Rd., Dalton, NH 03598, Attn: Select Board.
